Our commitment
Daedalus Design is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or the technology used to access it.
Standards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret page structure
- Provide alternative text for images
- Ensure sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds
- Make all interactive elements keyboard-accessible
- Use clear, plain language
- Provide a skip-to-content link on every page
- Use ARIA labels where additional context is needed
Known limitations
We are aware of the following accessibility issues and are working to resolve them:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible — contact us for alternative formats
- Third-party embedded content (such as WhatsApp chat) may not meet the same accessibility standards
