Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations2013 and the Consumer Rights Act2015, you have the right to cancel a distance contract within14 days without giving any reason.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your order within14 days of purchase. The cancellation period expires14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by email at hello@daedalusdesign.co.uk with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.
Website Build Services
If you cancel before work has begun, you will receive a full refund within14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.
If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the work already completed, proportionate to the total service.
Once your website has been delivered and approved, the build fee is non-refundable as the service has been fully performed.
Monthly Subscription
You may cancel your monthly hosting and AI assistant subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
To cancel your subscription, email hello@daedalusdesign.co.uk or use your client dashboard.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, within14 days of us confirming your cancellation.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply where:
- The service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose your cancellation right once performance is complete
- Digital content has been delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose your cancellation right
